With a strong track record across APAC, EMEA, and the U.S., Joel specialises in designing scalable learning ecosystems, building manager capability and embedding performance cultures that stick. He’s an accredited facilitator with Franklin Covey, The Ken Blanchard Companies and MGI Learning. Phil spent time with the participants prior to the workshops and this kind of personal preparation allowed him to meet the participants individual needs and expectations in many points.
